Child H

Child H, October 2020

This review was commissioned to examine issues concerning the welfare of Child H and the lessons to be learnt to improve experiences for children in similar circumstances in the future, including the degree to which decisions were child focussed and the effectiveness of working arrangements across agencies and services.

The full findings of the Serious Case Review (SCR) are set out in the Overview Report.  You can also read a case briefing for a concise version of case details and key learning.

The PSCP has also published a response document which outlines the actions that we have taken as a result of this report. All actions will be monitored on a quarterly basis by our Monitoring, Evaluation and Scrutiny Committee.
